INGREDIENTS
- 3 pieces of bread roll
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoon of Spicy Chipotle Sauce LA MORENA®
- 1 piece of chicken breast
- ½ can of Refried Bayo Beans LA MORENA®
- 1 can of Home Style Red Sauce LA MORENA® (210 g)
- ¼ of tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of aged cheese
- 2 tablespoons of fresh orange juice
- ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
- ¼ of teaspoon of ground oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean the chicken breast and cut into thin strips.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and mix with Spicy Chipotle Sauce LA MORENA®. Marinate for 20 minutes and add cumin, oregano and orange juice. Reserve.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts on both sides, about 10 minutes or until golden watch them.
- Breaking bread roll in half, add butter and heat over a skillet or griddle.
- Heat Refried Beans Duns LA MORENA® and well spread over each pan.
- Above the beans put the chicken strips settling along each loaf, then the Home Style Red Sauce LA MORENA® and finally sprinkle some aged cheese and chopped cilantro.
