INGREDIENTS
- Flour tortillas
- Pulled pork prepared
- Avocado slices
- Green apple - sliced thin
- Radish - sliced thin
For the Chipotle sauce:
- 1 can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo LA MORENA®
- 1 cup of Fraîche crème
- 1 dash of lime
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon of mixed seasonings - chili pepper flakes, parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- ===Baked Tostadas===
- Using flour tortillas, cut out small circles with the top of a glass
- Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Place tortillas into muffin tin.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350.
- Allow to cool
- ==Pulled Pork ==
- I purchased prepared pulled pork, and reheated in a slow cooker. I added some of the adobo sauce from the Chipotle Peppers in Adobo LA MORENA® to the pulled pork to give it a great flavor. You can do this if you are making your own pulled pork, as well.
- ==Chipotle Sauce===
- Puree can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo LA MORENA® in food processor until well-blended, no chunks.
- Add garlic, lime juice and creme fraiche.
- Blend until you reach the consistency you want.
- Put in a squeeze bottle to top each tostada and save for other dishes.
- ==Assembling Tostadas ==
- Start with pulled pork, top with avocado, radish, apple and finally drizzle Chipotle sauce over teh top.
