JALAPEÑO LIME SLAW

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of mayonnaise
¼ of cup of chopped or whole
Pickled Jalapeño Peppers LA MORENA
®
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of salt
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons of celery seed (optional)
14 oz. bag of coleslaw mix
10 oz. bag of red cabbage
INSTRUCTIONS
Finely chop jalapenos
Whisk mayonaise, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt and celery seed together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Combine coleslaw mix and red cabbage into a large bowl.
Pour enough dressing on slaw until lightly coated.
Toss and enjoy!
