JALAPEÑO LIME SLAW

INGREDIENTS
    • 1 cup of mayonnaise
    • ¼ of cup of chopped or whole Pickled Jalapeño Peppers LA MORENA®
    • 4 tablespoons of sugar
    • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon of salt
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 2 tablespoons of celery seed (optional)
    • 14 oz. bag of coleslaw mix
    • 10 oz. bag of red cabbage
INSTRUCTIONS
    • Finely chop jalapenos
    • Whisk mayonaise, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt and celery seed together.
    • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    • Combine coleslaw mix and red cabbage into a large bowl.
    • Pour enough dressing on slaw until lightly coated.
    • Toss and enjoy!
