MUFFINS WITH CHICKEN AND CHIPOTLE

INGREDIENTS
    • 3 pieces of bread roll
    • 1 tablespoon of butter
    • 2 tablespoons of oil
    • 2 tablespoon of Spicy Chipotle Sauce LA MORENA®
    • 1 piece of chicken breast
    • ½ can of Refried Bayo Beans LA MORENA®
    • 1 can of Home Style Red Sauce LA MORENA® (210 g)
    • ¼ of tablespoon chopped cilantro
    • 1 tablespoon of aged cheese
    • 2 tablespoons of fresh orange juice
    • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
    • ¼ of teaspoon of ground oregano
    • Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
    • Clean the chicken breast and cut into thin strips.
    • Add salt and pepper to taste and mix with Spicy Chipotle Sauce LA MORENA®. Marinate for 20 minutes and add cumin, oregano and orange juice. Reserve.
    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts on both sides, about 10 minutes or until golden watch them.
    • Breaking bread roll in half, add butter and heat over a skillet or griddle.
    • Heat Refried Beans duns LA MORENA® and well spread over each pan.
    • Above the beans put the chicken strips settling along each loaf, then the Home Style Red Sauce LA MORENA® and finally sprinkle some aged cheese and chopped cilantro.
    • You can enjoy any time of day.
