PEACHES FLAN

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large can of condensed milk
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cans of Sliced Peaches in Syrup LA MORENA
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • For the caramel:

  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ¼ of cup of peaches syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Place in pan sugar and rich Peaches in Syrup LA MORENA, takes the heat and let caramelize. Remove from heat and moves the ramekin to coat the bottom and sides.
  • Blend condensed milk, eggs, milk and vanilla.
  • Remove the mixture from the blender and add the delicious minced Peaches in Syrup LA MORENA.
  • Pour the caramelized flan ring preparation, cover and put in a water bath, then heated over medium heat for 45 minutes (or until a knife comes out to introduce clean).
  • Let cool and take a couple of hours in the refrigerator before unmolding.
