INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Sliced Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers LA MORENA
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cups of cooked lentils
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of rice
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Saute onion and Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers LA MORENA in olive oil; drain.
  • Brown rice in oil, add the lentils and broth; let dry.
  • Add the onion and jalapeno peppers.
  • Serve hot.
