INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- ¼ of cup of chopped or whole Pickled Jalapeño Peppers LA MORENA®
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of celery seed (optional)
- 14 oz. bag of coleslaw mix
- 10 oz. bag of red cabbage
INSTRUCTIONS
- Finely chop jalapenos
- Whisk mayonaise, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt and celery seed together.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Combine coleslaw mix and red cabbage into a large bowl.
- Pour enough dressing on slaw until lightly coated.
- Toss and enjoy!
