POTATO STUFFED CHILI PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS
  • Potatoes
  • 1 can of Pickled Jalapenos Peppers LA MORENA
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Peel the potatoes and put to cook.
  • When the potatoes are ready, mash.
  • Add melted butter and milk and, depending on the desired creaminess.
  • Add salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Cut chilies in half and remove seeds.
