INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped white onion
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 4 large tomatoes peeled and chopped in half
- Sliced Green Nacho Jalapeño Chili Peppers LA MORENA® to taste
- 1 pinch of dried oregano
- 1 pinch of cumin powder
- 250 g of tortilla chips
- 125 g of yellow cheese
- ½ cup of cream
- Guacamole to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the onion and garlic, stirring let it burn.
- Add the tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Stir and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Putting chips in a baking dish and cover with the sauce prepared.
- Add liquid yellow cheese. Serve nachos with sour cream, guacamole and sliced chilies to taste.
